Drivers ponts

If a player has several drivers do their points get added together after each race to give the overall score. I'm only asking as i have several points and don't really know how to measure it against players with multiple drivers especially if there points are put in One pot.
Think of it this way a manager has 30 points and One driver and in his group another manager has 3 drivers and has 50 points, well if the overall scores of the 3 drivers are in One pot then in theory the manager with the single driver has a better overall score especially if you run it as a average.
