TROUBLES WITH WIND TUNNEL

This feature is as of not yet linked with aero packages my technicians(researchers) should be providing me with large updates for the aero with their brand new wind tunnel and their 10k a day Now level 5 has cost 70 turns plus Millions.this feature needs bite.I would suggest researchers x structure would seem a good formula as 1.2 sec's per circuit or 1m 8.4 sec's per race seems completely wrong.Its becoming a good game am sure it will progress well
