Season 12

We're back for a new season!

Here is a list of a few changes I made:
- rebalancing of the tires specifications
- small changes about the prices and the benefits of all the levels of the structures
- rebalancing of the importance of drivers specifications
- rebalancing of the importance of cars specifications
- possibility to make 6 pit stops instead of 4
