Here is a fast summary of what barbatos ask in order to get the most opinions.

1/ Complains about lack of money. Do you agree or not ?
if yes, here are possible adjustments, please let us know what you'd prefer
a/ increase the daily income by 200kâ?¬
b/ increase the performance or incomes of the structures
c/ lower various salaries, especially techniciens

2/ Complains about slowness of the aerodynamic dvpmt. Do you agree or not ?
if yes, here are possible adjustments, please let us know what you'd prefer
a/ same car and same techniciens for all the drivers, when you improve a car, you improve it for all the drivers of your account
b/ makes the increase of aerodynamics part faster

3/ Complains about number of drivers per account. Do you agree or not ?
a/ no keep the same (5)
b/ yes reduce it to 2 or 3
c/ one is enough

4/ Complains about number of drivers per team. Do you agree or not ?
a/ no keep the same (10)
b/ yes increase it to 20 please

lower salary of technichcal staff
one driver per account

for me,
1/ increase performance / income of structures
2/ technicians improve aero for all drivers, but keep development time the same
3/ keep 5 drivers per player (i have only 2 at the moment,) but might like to choose more later in the season and we all have the choice
4/ increase to 20 players per clan, would make clans more manageable
