Hi,
Nah, you can't and that is the game !  It is normal to be penalized if you put a salary too low.

Fenix,did you look if the racers were to the gym last night?
My players be sad too (one 7º last race and good pay) ,but before time this,they went to the gym...it's one posibility...

yo estoy igual, tenia muchos gastos y decidi bajarle el salario a los pilotos, pero nunca vi que se podian cambiar 1 vez por semana... ahora todos estan enojados jajajaja Mis ingresos son altos, pero no corren tanto como los tuyos...... No llegaré a tu tiempo ni de coña, no se pueden llevar 4 pilotos de inicio, mejor 2, quizá 3....
